Once again it's time to plan our annual golf outing. The rate this year is
$660 per person based on double occupancy which includes 3 nights lodging, 3 rounds of golf, 2 scrambles, 2 cocktail parties, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and all gratuities: (wait staff, cart persons, housekeeping), and taxes. A Tuesday morning arrival rate is available at $570 per person based on double occupancy.
Tee times will be available at Hanah for Monday play, and a bar menu will be available for dinner. The format for the meals is exactly the same as the previous years.
I believe we will have a good response for this year's event, and as a result, the 27 rooms are going to be booked quickly. I will give all those who attended last year first dibs on the rooms until August 11, 2025. If no deposit is received by that time, there is no guarantee of a better room.
To ensure this rate based on double occupancy, a deposit of $200 must be paid by Monday, August 11th.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17
7:00am - Full Breakfast
8:30am - Shotgun 18 holes
1:00 to 2:30pm - Food truck with 3 lunch choices and 1 soda.
Optional 9 hole scramble to follow.
6:30pm to 7:30pm - Cocktail hour including choice of domestic beer, wine or rail drinks, (3 per person), with finger food.
7:30pm - Buffet Dinner, dessert and coffee or tea.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18
7:00am - Full Breakfast
8:30am - Shotgun 18 holes
